"AgniFIT", Agni's Bollywood Fitness workout is all about getting fit while dancing your calories away to what we all love - Bollywood music.
A simple but fun workout for people of age groups and levels, it consists of high cardio interspersed with toning. This fitness format gives you a well-rounded workout that doesn't even feel like exercise! We squat, we lunge , we jump but we also shimmy, shake and do the Balle Balle!
We currently offer fitness classes across multiple locations. Choose a class that best fits your schedule and come dance with us!
